• You may not misuse or attempt to disrupt the system

5. Payment & Billing

All setup fees and recurring charges must be paid as agreed. Services may be paused or terminated if payments are not received.

We strive for consistent uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages or maintenance may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your AI Voice Assistant is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.

You may cancel your service at any time. No refunds are provided for completed setup work or partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed.
